Job Description:
The Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Business Engineering (BE) team's primary mission is to provide centralized prioritization, planning, design, and execution support & leadership for large, complex, technology-dependent programs and projects that cut across business and functional areas. Within BE, the Project Definition Group strives to achieve best in class status within JPMC and in the areas of Business Analysis which will allow us to be leaders in raising the firm's performance of these functions. We accomplish this by developing a high-performing team that is committed to well-defined processes, innovative use of technology, superb relationship management, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Organizes, plans, and directs Concept, Requirements, & Analysis activities for large, complex initiatives that may span multiple LOBs. Leads requirements gathering sessions, process analysis and business interviewing activities to develop high quality Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
Conducts research and impact analysis, root cause analysis, and performs AS-Is process mapping related to the assigned project.
Creates robust requirements documents through the use of current and desired state analyses, gap assessments, business cases, mock-ups and use cases.
Performs Quality Review of BRDs to ensure thoroughness & completeness to Program/Project Charter and Scope.
Projects are high profile with significant bottom-line impact, highly complex, strategic in nature and enterprise-wide.

years of business analysis experience in business process and technology integration projects.
Experience leading large cross-functional teams of various levels.

Can leverage subject matter expertise in driving conversations and/or influencing decisions/direction with Business and Technology.
Strong partnership record and ability to build effective business relationships
Ability to troubleshoot and come up a variety of solutions
Strong analytical skills required
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage personal work
Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) and influencing skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Effective change management skills
Experience using MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Visio

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
