Planning & Change Delivery
The purpose of Planning & Change Delivery is tohelp shape the Portfolio by driving alignment to Strategy and Value, facilitatediscovery and solidify Change Definition, manage bank-wide capacity planningand prioritization, Lead the quality delivery of bank-wide and technologychange, and define organizational change methodology and governance model.
Overall purpose of role:
o The Group Project Lead isresponsible for leading the operational strategy, serving in a relationshipmanagement function and providing oversight of programs, project andpost-project initiatives aligned to multiple supported businessareas/functions. The Group Project Leadtypically manages a large number of team members, across multiple depts./engines/divisions in addition to serving in a Portfolio Manager role.
o Projects will be primarilyOperations & Strategy focused, large scale technology/business projectsworking across multiple areas of the organization (e.g. Marketing, Finance,Technology, Customer Care, Credit, Collections, Bank Ops, Fraud, etc.) and maybe at various geographic locations.
Key Accountabilities and Skills required:

o Delivery of projects on-time, withinbudget and with quality.
o Leads the operational strategy andprovides oversight of programs, project and post-project initiatives aligned toone or multiple supported business areas/functions.
o Oversees the program management ofall project assignments Planning and Change Delivery Managers and Analysts.
o Responsible for identifying andimplementing continuous improvement and best practices in the project life cyclewithin and across industry segments.
o Organizes, directs, manages andcontrols activities of projects that are national, or large and complex inscope.
o within defined time and budgetschedules.
o Organizes project teams based onidentification of needed expertise and manpower requirements.
o Directs the activities of projectteams through other project managers/resources.
o Accountable for ensuring projects arecompleted within established time and budget schedules, and that objectivesconform to corporation/LOB's overall standards and operations objectives, userrequirements and client's needs.
o Ensures appropriate businessanalysis, process mapping and process re-engineering are conducted.
o Ensure project meets requirements ofERM, Project Office and other infrastructure.
o Typically supervises and leads a teamof Planning and Change Delivery Analysts, and PMs/SMEs (subject matter experts)from other departments Acts as primary contact for Marketing and otherdepartments responsible for aspects of program execution.
o Stakeholder management and leadership.
o Builds and sustains strong workingrelationships with key stakeholders and Sr. Management.
o Projects involve participation fromand typically impact multiple functions in the line of business or crossdivisions.
o Project work has a sizeable, majorimpact on the corporation/LOB.
o Budget responsibilities are based onproject requirements and include budget info for business cases and workingwith client's to include project info into budget/planning process.
o Partner with bank-wide Operationsteams and Project Office lead to improve project methodology, reporting andimplementation tool consistency.
o Facilitate communication acrosssegments
o Collaborate with all departments toimprove the Partner P&L and budget tracking process
o Assist leadership team in recruiting,managing and developing top-tier talent inside the organization
o Decision making and problem solving.
o Resolves high-level conflicts bymaking broad decisions, or negotiating with affected senior management.
o Has complete ownership for projecttimelines, deliverables, staffing, compliance, budget and metrics.

Basic
Qualifications:
10 years of related project/program management and clientmanagement experience.
5 years of demonstrated management experience in across-functional program management position.
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
Qualifications:
Project and strategic planning background.
In depth strategic understanding of assigned areas ofresponsibility.
Strong people management and development skills
Ability to build and sustain strong working relationships with keystakeholders and Sr. Management
Ability to multitask and react in a fast-paced organization
Experience working on strategic technology /operations integrationprojects strongly desired with knowledge and adherence to Agile/ SDLC processand methodology.
