The CRIT Team is looking for a Automation Test Driven Developer to work alongside a team of 2-4 automation development professionals primarily located in Wilmington, Delaware. The automation developer's primary responsibility will be to convert Agile User Stories into automated test scenarios run during sprints and subsequently consumed by QA. You will work closely with our technology partners in Business, Development and Quality Assurance to ensure that what we build validates the business intent of the product. The successful candidate will possess a strong coding background and a working knowledge of both automated agile (TDD/BDD) and waterfall methodologies. The successful candidate will also possess skills necessary to ensure successful coding and maintenance of automated unit, acceptance and regression tests with a focus on early automation.
Automation Test Driven Developer
Responsibilities:
Coordinate, manage and drive activities of individuals on a larger development team to implement suitable continuous integration (CI) frameworks enabling earlier discovery of defects and higher quality software.
Work in Agile scrum teams alongside development and business analysts to build/maintain effective automated user acceptance tests that will validate application user stories
Code end-end automated regression scenarios to be used as regression tests during development integration and QA cycles
Identify and build service layer automated test solutions to support early automation
Adhere to development coding standards and recommend continuous improvement of processes for Automation.
Leverage existing test frameworks to solve specific problems in various Development and QA organizations
At least 2
years of relevant IT as a Automation developer.
B.S. degree in Computer Science or Related Field
Proficient in at least one of the common coding languages. VB Script, JavaScript, Python or PHP is preferred.

years of Unix and Batch testing experience.

years of experience with maintaining automation frameworks
Proven ability to conduct accurate needs analysis, solve problems, and develop plans with given information.
Ability to develop test cases & end-to-end scenarios quickly and get them prioritized based on changes
Deep Knowledge of Test and Tool Development Methodology
Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall Software Development Methodologies and their deliverables is
preferred
Extensive Working knowledge of ALM/Quality Center, MS Office Suite and SQL
Has experience with atleast one automation tool.
Proactive communicator and effective influencer.
Ability to work well in a matrixed organization.
Ability to work under pressure, deal with ambiguity and multi-task. Strong desire to learn new things and work/thrive in
fast-paced, fast-changing environment
