Full time position available at an Upscale CCRC in Wilmington De.
Experienced Chef assistant forthe Dietary Department.
Must posses a full working knowledge of a high volume Kitchen.
Work closely with the Food and Beverage Directorand the Kitchen Manager, Cooks etc.
Must be able to cook all types of food for Menu.

Have knowledge of multiple cuisines.
Coordinatewith the executive chef in Menu Planning and Special Events.
Be able to work on the line and execute orders.
Experience in ordering food, inventory controls, HAACP a must.
Flexible schedule, rotating days off, and early evening- no later than 8 pm,Complete Benefit package including 401k, medical insurance,etc.
