As a Digital Business Analyst responsibilities will include:
Partner with Business customers to develop high quality business requirements in an Agile environment and ensure that proposed solutions meet defined quality, compliance, and business acceptance criteria.
Working with key stakeholders to help them to identify and prioritize the technology solutions that will most effectively enable them to achieve their business objectives.
Analyze capability gaps and proposes solutions aligned with digital strategy and articulates supporting reasoning.
Identifies partners from all areas of the business, and actively builds and manages relationships according to individual partner needs and levels of influence Business Needs Identification.
Engages with the business at an early stage to assess and define business needs.
Drives reuse of existing capabilities over new / enhanced development.
QualificationsHolds the ability to bring a background from a fast paced environment to create a faster pace environmentIdeally 10 years of industry experienceExperience in Adobe Marketing SuiteUnderstanding of Multi-channel digital marketing platforms (web, email and social) is essential, with experience of e.

Tealium iQ, Tealium AudienceStream, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target an advantage.
Proven experience of successfully deploying a variety of business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change.
Good understanding of networks, databases and other technology.
