Responsibilities:
The Administrative Coordinator's primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the executive team, including the CEO, CFO, COO, and Brand Director.
In addition, the coordinator will provide donor administrative assistance for the community, support marketing and communications efforts, and perform additional administrative and office tasks as required.
The coordinator will work on campus, in the office, at the Siegel JCC and provide back-up to the Membership Desk as necessary.

Qualifications:
Must possess a collaborative, energetic, friendly, and can-do dispositionStrong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesStrong organizational skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks with excellent attention to detailIn-depth understanding and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointBachelor's degree from four-year college or university (preferred)Two (2) years of administrative experience (preferred)Excellent oral and written communication, with ability to respond to common inquiries and to effectively present informationAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsSalary:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
